Complicated and complex projects are our specialty. In this example, we were retained to address certain issues in the fire-rated assemblies of a high-rise luxury apartment in Los Angeles County. After a thorough review of the project, we worked with the city to determine their goals for the project and got to work in preparing documents for permit and construction. DAI assisted the owner with construction scheduling, subcontractor negotiations, and on-site observations.
